She is able to provide internal assessments, biomechanical assessments, running review, gym technique modification, and takes a whole person approach to all symptoms including the physical, social and environmental factors which might be at play.
She offer pessary fitting, and has a broad range of referral pathways to different specialists both medical and fitness to ensure that you have the best possible treatment outcomes.

Bladder Health
Jo can help with bladder problems including
- Bladder urgency
- Increased urinary frequency
- Leaking urine
- Incomplete bladder emptying
- Weeing too frequently at night
- Recurrent UTIs
Treatment may including reviewing bladder diaries, bladder retraining, trigger retraining, lifestyle modifications, pelvic floor optimisation and transcutaneous tibial nerve stimulation.

Postnatal
A postnatal assessment includes an assessment of bladder, bowel and vaginal function, review of scars from birth, pelvic floor assessment and guidance on recovery going forward.

Post Surgery
Jo can support both men and women after pelvic surgery including prolapse surgery, removal of fibroids, post prostatectomy and more.
Treatment can include pelvic floor muscles optimisation, scar management, pressure management advice, graded return to day to day activities and graded return to exercise. She can also help with the side effects of surgery including pain, leaking and constipation.

Men's Health
A men's health check is perfect for men suffering with pelvic floor dysfunction, I offer online and face to face appointments to help with the following symptoms

Menopause
For women in the menopausal transition, a menopause check involves discussing all the changes which can occur during the menopause including bladder health, bowel health, vaginal dryness, sexual dysfunction and prolapse.
She also feels strongly about helping women at this stage of life start or keep exercising to ensure longevity into later life. This might be in a gym setting, at home, or in a class. Most importantly it should be something you can enjoy without worry about your pelvic floor.

Bowel Health
Bowel health is something that people often feel uncomfortable or embarased talking about, however having a healthy bowel can often improve all other pelvic floor symptoms too.

Assessment and treatment for sexual dysfunction is hollistic and doesn't have to include any internal assessments if you do not want one. You can also bring your partner to a session if you think this would be helpful.

Pelvic Pain
