COLLECTION OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
We collect personal information that is necessary to allow us to provide a service to you. All personal information collected during assessment and treatment will be used only in relation to your physiotherapy care. The information collected is the minimum required to fulfil legal, accounting, taxation and contractual agreements to provide physiotherapy service. If you do not provide this information we may be unable to provide a service.
USE OF PERSONAL DATA
Personal information is processed only where necessary to provide a service as agreed with you and to allow compliance with legal requirements. Personal information may be used for the service’s legitimate interests; however, this will not occur if those interests override any of your interests, rights and freedoms which require protection of personal information.
Personal information may be used for activities such as delivery of service, communication, record of service provision, processing of invoices and assisting in prevention and detection of fraud or corruption. This list is not exhaustive.

It is only stored for as long as is necessary for the purpose for which it is collected in accordance with legal and professional obligations. My website contains widgets and badges which are associated with third parties tracking data and associated cookies. Unfortunately we are unable to offer a website which has no cookies, therefore if you do not consent to cookies you will not be able to use the site.
